Chapter 1: Introduction to NFTs

My initial encounter with NFTs occurred roughly two months ago, which left me quite perplexed about their true nature. To clarify my understanding, I embarked on a research journey, starting with video content. Personally, I find that watching videos provides a solid foundation before delving into more detailed literature.

The first comprehensive video I encountered on NFTs was a lengthy session hosted by Crypto Kemal and BCC. This presentation helped me grasp what NFTs entail and how I could engage with this vast ecosystem. Towards the conclusion of the video, the hosts revealed the impending launch of their inaugural NFT collection, the Ninja Squad NFT. I made a note of it and eagerly awaited the launch date.

Chapter 3: My Minting Journey

In a previous tech narrative, I mentioned that the NFT realm has its own distinctive terminology. To invest in an NFT project from its inception, one must mint on the official site of the collection. As a novice, I had to research extensively to understand the minting process and whether I should mint directly from the contract or the website.

Navigating a new platform can seem daunting; however, after thorough research, a moderator from the Ninja Squad Discord channel clarified that all I needed to do was connect my Metamask wallet on their official website. I felt a wave of relief as I followed their guidance. After linking my wallet and confirming the transaction, a screen appeared, congratulating me on becoming a Ninja.

Upon minting my first ninja, I was unaware of its appearance since the images had yet to be revealed. A few hours later, I was finally introduced to my newly minted ninja. The rarity of my ninja could range from common to rare, solely based on luck. I’m excited to present my first ninja NFT and let you judge my fortune.

It seemed unjust to possess just a single ninja from such a promising venture. Therefore, after the minting concluded, I purchased an additional ninja from the official OpenSea page. Chapter 4: Community Engagement and Learning

I am thrilled to own two ninjas. Acquiring more ninjas is among my aspirations for 2022, as being part of this community is a wonderful experience, with benefits continually evolving.

The Ninja Squad Discord channel serves as a hub for all NFT collections. Anyone can join the discussion and learn more about the projects, even without holding an NFT. However, possessing an NFT unlocks exclusive advantages within the project. In the Ninja Squad Discord, there’s an alpha chat group exclusively for holders, which requires verification by moderators for access.

Cryptocurrency discussions dominate the group, as the Ninja Squad team primarily consists of crypto traders. The atmosphere is welcoming, and being part of this collection feels akin to joining a family in the NFT space. This shared mission fosters a strong sense of community, with members on platforms like Twitter supporting each other and sharing information about upcoming NFT events.

Chapter 5: Educational Opportunities

To be a responsible NFT holder, understanding cryptocurrencies is vital. Hence, on International Ninja Day, project founder Crypto Kemal offered ninja holders access to a complimentary 20-hour Udemy course, contingent on verifying their ownership.

This was my initiation into the world of cryptocurrencies. I have completed 16 videos so far, which impart crucial foundational knowledge. Beyond technical insights, I learned that successful digital investing hinges on human psychology. Investors must prioritize capital preservation, hone risk management skills, and avoid detrimental psychological influences that could lead to poor decision-making.

Chapter 6: Philanthropic Efforts

A few weeks following the launch, the Ninja Squad team initiated charitable endeavors focusing on significant causes such as building schools, supporting students, and empowering young women. A notable achievement was their collaboration with Elidor, winning an auction that enabled them to assist a foundation in Turkey, helping 14 young women realize their ambitions.

Chapter 7: The Metaverse and Future Plans

Recently, the Ninja Squad team partnered with Property X to develop a play-to-earn game, promising access to the Sandbox metaverse. Details will be unveiled in the weeks ahead. Furthermore, the Ninja Trader team plans to offer special NFT tutorials within the metaverse, with an NST token airdrop for participants achieving high scores on quizzes at course completion.

Chapter 8: $NST Token Launch

As previously mentioned, being a ninja is a privilege, attributed to the dedicated team behind it. They diligently follow their roadmap while encouraging community members to support each other in elevating the project’s visibility across social media.

On January 1, 2022, the utility token $NST was launched. Each ninja owner earns 1 $NST token daily, based on the number of ninjas owned, which can be used for courses, access to the play-to-earn game, and community rewards. Additionally, extra $NST tokens are awarded to holders who keep their ninjas listed and those with rare attributes. These utility tokens will have extensive applications in the future.
