I once worked at a startup that sparked my passion and ambition to contribute positively to people's lives. The moral of this narrative is clear: authoritarian leadership can severely impact a startup's financial health and should be avoided. Effective leaders trust and empower their teams, cultivating a collaborative, communicative, and innovative culture that enables efficient work and ultimately drives success.
